To be on safe side I've run Ad-aware and Spybot S&D, they found something minor and removed it. The only solution is to restart machine - sometimes it helps but sometimes that 100% CPU usage appears from the very start-up of computer with no any application yet opened.Īnother point is that such behaviour does not depend on whether I'm connected to internet or not. If i kill any of CPU eating processes, then usage takes on another one and overall 100% of usage (or close 100%) remains persistent. Those 100% of CPU usage are evenly distributed among regular programs that I use on a daily basis, such as - Firefox, IE, Antivirus, Jet Audio, MS Excel, etc. The interesting point is that no any particular suspicious.

The reason - TOO high CPU Usage which I can observe in Task Manager. From time to time, usually when surfing the internet, it slows down sharply.
